Pros

Work life balance we great. Of course there are times through out the year that are busier than others but over all great work enviroment. Co-workers/employees are extremely caring and want to go grow. They are always helpful with question and just the best to work/collaborate with.

Cons

A lot of meetings and clients can be tough to work with as times.

Pros

Great benefits, opportunity to move around if you want it. Great people. Can be fulfilling, if you are happy working around the clock. Job security. You get to learn a many new things.

Cons

It’s a big corporation, which comes with big flaws. It’s hard for minorities to make their way in or up. Annual increase does not keep up with the cost of living.
