Pros

Great pto, esop and pretty good benefits for the industry.

Cons

The nature of the work can be demanding. Nearly every job works to a deadline which can be a juggle in the busy season. The pay could be better. But it could be worse.

Pros

You make your schedule weekly and as a part time representative there's even more flexibility than a full time representative.

Cons

Incestuous company, no growth unless you play the politics, work is not worth the pay, department is full of double standards and hypocrisy, and the drama is never ending since the department is young.
