Pros

It's a job with a good title.

Cons

- No room for career growth – people stuck in the same role for decades. - The GM's insecurities makes her an ineffective leader. - The entire staff is afraid of her due to a "guilty until proven innocent" approach. - Deceived about WFH details. - Management is full of spineless people sucking up to the GM – absent any integrity – except for a few people who have the courage to stand up to BS, whom have acclimated nonetheless, so are still able to "work alongside". - No compensation for overtime, You're expected to work 18 hours "if needed".
