Pros

Good people who care a lot and are fun to work with.

Cons

Senior leaders did not really know how to change the business to be relevant. Not very strategic in terms of thinking. Lots of chat about the company culture, but that was not seen during the staff cull.

You get to travel to the exhibition shows and see the final result of your project

Cons

Sometimes when your waiting for other people to get back to you, it takes a bit longer to hear back because of lack of staff in other departments, therefore your client can get a bit impatient too as they also have deadlines
