Pros

Good Benefits which include medical, dental, 401, ESOP, PTO and EIB (Extended Illness Benefit). The company also provides a lot of internal training. Most employees are good team players.

Cons

Too many hours. They keep a lean staff and work people into the ground which is not good for quality or productivity. Some staff, especially management, do not pull their weight and get away with it.

Pros

It's such a large company there is room for growth in any direction People are willing to help when you need it & don't make you feel dumb about it Definitely fun when you really get into it

Cons

Each branch operates differently so it gets confusing on which way is 'the right way'
