Pros

It's a family-owned company and that brings many benefits with it. Culture is amazing, collaborative, friendly and hard working. Benefits are good in general and opportunities for growth seem to be clear to many people. Their global presence makes it a fantastic platform to work in many different places and countries.

Cons

It's such a large company that sometimes that doesn't help easy communication, process and systems integration. Benefits are good but they could be better and more competitive with Bay Area companies. There is always a tremendous amount of work and you get to work long hours but on the positive side is fun.

We know we’re on to something exceptional when our people describe our culture in this way. Our intention is to bring teams together in meaningful ways so that those personal, collaborative experiences you’ve described perpetuate the culture we’re so proud of. Your feedback on improved communication and market specific focus is valuable to us, and we will continue to evaluate opportunities to do better in these areas.
