Pros

Company allows flexibility in the workday Casual dress Decent benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO Many different types of projects/variety of the work

Cons

There are absolutely no career advancement paths for employees of all levels and functions. Company loves to talk about building bench strength but has no plan for the talents they acquired. Be prepare for career and salary stagnation. Tiny annual raises that are laughable even for people who received excellent performance reviews and during years of solid revenue growth. Risk averse corporate culture makes innovation almost impossible. Leadership maintains the slow and steady wins the race approach and is not actively guarding itself from possible disruptive market forces that could take down established business models quickly. Again, leadership wants to do the right things and says the right things but actual and meaningful change and improvements are not happening.

Pros

Over all a good company with great co workers. The benefits are pretty great too. They are willing to help you move on up in the company.

Cons

Pay. you can be great at what you do and they will all let you know that too, but they are not willing to pay what your work deserves. There is a lot of favorited employees simply because they are either related or know someone that works there with the right power or higher position. They do not recognize or give credit to the hard working employees. Raises suck! If you do your job right they will just add on the work because they know you can handle it. There is too many people working in certain areas where the work could be done by one single person.
