Had a great time working here. Unfortunately, a huge wave of individuals left and I left with them. Really smart and helpful individuals.

People, Benefits, Cross departmental collaboration, experience in growing field, environment that strongly promotes self improvement and x-functional training

Cons

Good idea muddied by poor leadership. Uneven workload, poor communication (especially high level comms), etc. Soft benefits started to get clawed back. Hourly never seems to convert, do salary or it's back to the breadlines with me
