Business Outlook
Pros
Room for career growth as the company is very small and new so they encourage that. Compensation is not that great but the amenities are pretty cool, onsite breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as a coffee bar which is pretty neat, they also have a gym.
Cons
Manegement is horrible People can be very unprofessional, they claim that there is no hierarchy/discrimination based on seniority but there definitely is. HR is useless. Overall it can be a very toxic and hostile working environment, I felt like I was dealing with kids in middle school. If you're willing to put up with it, then I think it's a good opportunity for career growth, however, I'd really recommend somewhere else if you have that opportunity.
