- No career progression. There are cases where people didn't get any promotion for 10-20 years until their salary was stuck in the ceiling of their level. It betters to manage your expectation when work here or out asap, - The salary increment are dismal (1-2% per year) compared to the inflation 3-5%. Do your math. - Full of office drama and un-professional conduct.
