Pros

Great benefits and pay. Solid safety culture. Great place to get experience and move up.

Cons

It depends on the position/person, but folks can be overworked in some roles. 24/7 production can lead to pressure, even if its not directly from management.

Pros

Great work life balance and lots of benefits. Majority of people are happy and helpful.

Cons

There’s little to no upward movement or development. Depending on your team management you can tell who the “favorites” are as he/she will receive more “visible” work and training. If the majority of the team is composed of males, expect some gender bias. People are staying in leadership positions because of how long they are in the company, but they may not be the best “leaders”. Get them out and put people who can recognize valuable, hardworking people instead.
