Pros

Great pay and bonus. Convenient location down town near public transportation. Good perks like occasional tickets to sporting events and other events. Stable company.

Cons

Human Resource hiring process is burdensome and very slow. A lot of patience is needed to cross the t's and dot the i's in order to get hired.

Pros

There is a lot of exposure to major projects here. The pay is great, people are great. Most of the people who work here are older.

Cons

Management- vice presidents, ceo make all the major decisions. Also there is not as much initial education provided such as the majors but the opportunity to take whatever classes is available
