Pros

A number of really good people work in the company, good opportunities for working in different types of work environments and internationally, salary and benefits are good.

Cons

No work-life balance in capital projects - all work and limited pay, promotions can be very difficult to obtain if you are not part of the "in crowd" or working for a manager that does not push for promotion, tend to hire in outsiders rather than promote from within.

Pros

They have good pay and benefits. The people you work with are okay . They have started a training program in Bagdad now.

Cons

The management is out to get you most of the time. They are all looking to move up to up and don't care how they do it. The morale is really bad.
