Pros

Cons

Still searching for a con.

Pros

Energetic, High Expectations, and Great Benefits. International travel was very exciting and great opportunity to learn from very smart people. Great respect for contribution of the individual and team.

Pros

Good pay, some really fantastic people. Everyone tries very hard to contribute to the projects

Cons

Upper management suffers from the "Good Ol' Boy" syndrome. If you aren't part of the "in crowd" forget it. Don't make anyone mad or your going to get treated pretty poorly no matter what skillset you provide. They won't fire you but they will make you feel like your not part of the team.
