Cons

The company itself is great, but the management sometimes is more worried about covering themselves and notsomuch the employee... may have been just myjob site.

Poor work life balance

Pros

Pay, vacation, insurance are all pretty nice. Many of my coworkers were awesome.

Cons

Since the acquisition of the Oil and Gas companies our training was reduced to zero from two classes per year. On call was way too frequent - with frequent callouts during the week. Work life balance was completely crazy. Department was never at full staff and suffered for it.
