Pros

As with any mining company, if you are willing to move around the world there are many great jobs at Freeport. There are many opportunities to move up if you are willing to move to different sites. If you are willing to move around Freeport will take care of you.

Cons

The job requires a large percent of travel or working at a remote location. This could also be a benefit it you like to travel the world.
