Pros
20% 401K, the last 3 years after it merged into Freeport McMoRan was 10%, up to 5 weeks vacation, stock option awards, yearly bonuses. Benefits were above industrial average, great place to work. It was the best company I had worked for in term of benefits offered to employees. And definitely a fast paced environment.
Cons
Too many middle management and supervisors. Because of that it created conflict and caused delay in the work process to get the work done efficiently.
