Freese and Nichols is a wonderful place for young engineers and project managers to learn their trade and grow together.

Cons

Freese and Nichols is very set in its ways and has difficulty dealing with non-engineering market sectors and projects overall.

Freese and Nichols is a company with strong character and hard workers throughout all levels of the orgnaization. The Mission and Vision statements are not just words on a page here.

Cons

As with all companies, busy season can be a little hectic. Freese and Nichols does a good job of encouraging work life balance.
