Ridiculous hours.
Absolutely no regard or respect for employees who have committed years of their lives already working for the company.
Treatment of some employees is very obviously favoritism.
Get away with paying less than other companies “we make it up in overtime” meaning we work anywhere from 50-75 /hrs a week.
They don’t care about your work/life balance and we don’t know our schedules until the day before usually. Can’t make any sort of plans in advance ever.
