-As a guard, they barely train you. Each shift is ran different, however, the managers of security decide to have all new-hires work third shift, then once their very brief training, are thrown into any available shifts on the schedule.
- The pay isn't worth it. Shift's are either chaotic, or dead. There is no in between, so it's either having to deal with at least several issues or you're staring at the clock, waiting to leave. IMO the work isn't worth the pay.
- Constantly over worked to the point of absurdism. When ever someone calls off in the guard shack, the guard working the prior shift must stay and pull a double, regardless of plans, events, ect. You must stay unless you can find someone else to finish the shift, which is very rare. Along with that, if someone so happen as to call in a manner that would cause either security managers to have to stay to ensure the shift is covered, they will find a way to weasel out. They either call other guards, or ask the later shift to come in early, The schedule management is atrocious, unorganized and down-right pathetic.
