      Pros

      Ability to make good money and meet diffrent people from diffrent cultures.

      Cons

      Employees treated like complete crap. Union's pockets are lined by the genshafts and far from pro employee. Never allowing you to get use to a job and constantly moving you around. Poor training and payroll never gets a check done correctly.

      Discounts on bacon and that's about it.

      Cons

      Long hours, 12 days on 2 days off...if your lucky , treated like dirt, pay is not worth the stuff you have to do, no parts to fix things, stuff is falling apart and management could care less.
