Pros

You get a pay check!!!!...

Cons

They care nothing for there employees it's all about there numbers they don't care about you being sick or family emergencies they point you out fast for any reason they have no understanding for there emergencies personal lives.... They don't pay you what you should be payed for operating a tow motor for forklift they start you at minimum wage and you can't make no more than $11 being in the Union women normal towmotor forklift reach operator normally starts off at 11:12 $13!!. It's not a bad place of employment!!! It's the people they have in place to run the company that make it bad!!!!..... their Union acts like this for the employees but it weighs more toward the employer outside of that not a bad place of employment could use better management but not a bad place to work!!!....
