Pros
The pay is alright with set raises for union. Most work is easy. You can keep to yourself more.
Cons
The management needs a lot of work. Bidding into positions only really works if the management is okay with you going there, otherwise they can give generally any excuse to move you back. If you are good at the position you're already in, you're pretty much stuck there. Vacation time is made to be taken a full week at a time, instead of by the day. There were tensions there among employees, with several fights occuring during my time working there. The general management also cares more about numbers and sees the workers as numbers.
