Have you ever watched titanic and wished you could work in the engine room? Well then fresh is your dream job. Constant hard hard work, that’s unappreciated, all while an arrogant leader steers you into an iceberg. Fresh is a sinking ship and senior management will make sure they’re first on the lifeboats. They’ll even try to tell you you’re part of the fresh family, while they watch you drown.

Management is terrible. They have no consideration on workload and time. No process for anything or if there is there is no regard to try to follow. There is a reason why there is a high turnover rate but the 'leaders' seem to ignore that it's them.
