Pros

- Nice benefits with affordable healthcare - Pretty high hourly compensation, especially compared to other beauty/retail brands - Lots of gratis to receive free products - The Co-Founders are the most genuine people you will ever meet

Cons

- Not much room for growth and advancement - Negative work environment with no hospitality - very cliquey - The higher ups are nasty and bipolar - Super high turnover - super disorganized

I liked my colleagues, I enjoyed the benefits, the experience was somewhat beneficial.

Cons

There is no respect for assistants. Managers don't engage their assistants and involve them in the department. They are essentially peons who get lunch and coffee. And when someone is fired, the company lies about it and covers it up. They will not admit it. I am not writing this because I was fired. I left voluntarily.

* Too many execs in corporate that are simply there because they have done the time. Many are inefficient managers and leaders. * Morale throughout the company is extremely low - a sign that something is wrong with leadership when sales are at an all time high.
