Work for you paycheck, kind of how life should be. Work harder, faster, and more accurately? you'll have a good paycheck.

Cons

If you're not competitive, you should look for another job. Its like working out all night with your friends.. and you try to see who can get more reps in 10-12 hours. The job is not for just anyone..

Good pay. Catered food occasionally.

Cons

If your not part of the inner circle, your going to work a lot harder than the guy next to you with the same job title and get paid less than he does.
