-Fast pace at most days -Pay is decent

Pros

Fresh point is quite frankly a good place to work. No warehouse is 100% perfect, but overall it has its good perks.. You get paid on time, it would be rare that your check is not accurate. This company lets you advance if you’re a good hard worker.

Cons

It gets a good amount of turn over on night shift because it’s a lot of younger guys & girls that gets hired and are not serious about the work and quit before a year is up. So because of that it causes a lot of over time and delivery most likely not being on time to customers.
