Pros

-Job is easy to obtain because of the high turnover rate. It's good if you need a job right away and not too picky about what kind of work. -Good benefits including MSP and dental after working for 3 months. -Starting wage is 12.50 so it's a little more than minimum wage. -No experience or higher education needed -Paid training on the power equipment ie: Power Jacks, and standing forklifts. -People are friendly -Paid vacations after working for 1 year

Cons

-Long Hours, After awhile you'll be required to work 6 days a week. Some days go on for 11+ hours and other days are 9 hours long. You don't have a choice. -Night shift workers should get higher pay for working demanding hours but still stay at 12.50/hour. -Eventually you will start to burn out as the work becomes more and more demanding. -workers are overworked and unhappy. -non existent work/life balance if you are in receiving or shipping department as a worker.

Disappointing

Pros

Great hours, awesome benefits. Secure and "up to date" facility

Cons

Our tap water is still not drinkable? Really? Non existent training programs. Low pay. Too much freight load and no regard to drive time and DOT hours of service laws. VERY HIGH TURNOVER RATE, Treats customers and employees like crap. Employees get threatened by management a lot. Many decisions that are made at a "Corporate" level are highly unprofessional, dis-honest and clearly too arrogant for the better of the company's financial future and stability. Way over worked. This was made out to be a professional, respected company in my interview and that has been shown entirely opposite my whole length of employment. Considering leaving for respectable pay elsewhere with several of fresh points competitors that are actually respected by their customers.

Pros

Many hours. Decent Pay. Able to make money if they like you.

Cons

High turnover rate. Politics are a big part in money makers. Credits affect your pay and not much you can do about it.
