Hard work but good pay

New, good looking trucks, great benefits and lots of overtime to make good money.

Cons

To me the only con is those second runs.

Badly Mismanaged

Good pay. Decent customers.

Cons

Mismanaged. Required to go back out at end of route most of the time on 2nd runs. Night crew will load your truck with little shrink wrap around the pallets leading to damages and tipped loads. Only one week of vacation your first year. You literally have no life because of this company. They also micromanage you to death with safety policies. Taking sick leave is impossible unless you physically show up to work sick.

Pros

Decent pay, trucks like new, fellow drivers all friendly

Cons

Management not complete, therefore other depth managers take over but don't know what they doing. Like how to talk to their employees. Drive Cam is a pain in the you know where and any little thing they make a big deal out of it
