• Plenty of Overtime • Automatic Retirement Enrollment

Cons

• The overtime you're going to work is mandatory. Get used to 11-14 hour days (at least on the night shift) • $18/hr isn't enough money to live in anything other than someone's master bedroom in South Florida, even with 40+ hours of overtime pay at 27-28 dollars an hour.
