Very relaxed environment just do your job and go home. Can earn more than base pay based on production rate

Cons

To get bonus pay you have to work really hard and you lose bonus pay for mistakes.

Competitive pay, 401 k , insurance, decent. Company is busy most of the year and there is plenty of hours if you’re looking work.

Cons

Long hours can be wary. Bringing in products into customers is not easy ( stairs obstacles )
