Pros

Our coworkers are great. That’s the main thing that I enjoy about working here. It’s definitely a feel of us and them (management) environment.

Cons

Upper management has their own agenda to target employees who are older or who have been with the company for a long time. They want to replace us with people from UPS or hire their own people to replace those who have a lot of experience and job knowledge. Just about all upper management positions including the HR lady is from UPS. There is a lot of favoritism with who they hire and promote. It’s very discouraging and disappointing for those of us who work here. We wonder “who is next”.
