      Pros

      Full autonomy while out. You can run your route whichever way is best for you, but necessarily according to what the paperwork says. You will get as many hours as you can every ask for!

      Cons

      No heads up if your route has stops added by a sales rep. NO communication with sales reps, unless you forge your own relationship with them. The company couldn’t care less about you!

      Pros

      Pay is satisfactory according to regional norms. You will have a route off your own within 3 months of employment here. Direct supervisor is very open to most feedback and discussing issues and works with you to resolve them. Schedules are usually flexible.

      Cons

      Management is terrible! With so many shortages with warehouse employees, it affects drivers ability to get to their stops timely.
