Pros

Nice London offices with an excellent restaurant and gym; smart people; great name in the legal sector.

Cons

Lawyers (partners) are kings. If you're in HR, marketing, IT, etc, you will need to swallow your expertise and defer to a lawyer for virtually all decisions. Can be quite 'tribal', with departments choosing to ignore or oppose each other.
