Cons

As in all BigLaw jobs, the hours can be rough.

Old tech Boys club No accountability for bad behavior no professional development support. Don't deal with real issues, stick bandages over them if at all

Pros

Really great firm with a focus on constant improvement. Ive worked here for 5 years and have been given the opportunity to learn and be involved with so much. If you show you are competent and care about your job, the firm does the right thing by you.

Cons

Yes the technology can be better but the firm is working on it. Due to the all of the collaboration at the firm, some things take a lot of time to move forward. But in part, that is what makes the firm unique- there is a ton of collaboration.
