      Horrifically dysfunctional, dictatorial, out of touch, upper management in the US. Not competitive with direct competitors.

      Pros

      Although lower on the scale, pay is decent. Benefits are excellent. President encourages employees to give back to the community.

      Cons

      Hours were long. Management is not concerned with work life balance. Work comes before people. Only management receives bonuses. Favoritism is obvious across all departments.
