Some good people. Good work life balance. Good for experience/learning.

Cons

Run by corporate, so any high increases in pay won't come easily. Company will make record profit and you still won't get anything. Only managers get bonuses.

The coworkers were good - everyone made an effort. They were helpful.

Cons

I was the only native English speaker in the group which lead to difficulty with communications. The management needs serious communication help. There is little to no documentation for new hires. The work is often tedious and not coding related. The manager was condescending to myself and multiple other coworkers. Other coworkers complained that manager micromanages the longer you stay.
