Pros

Pay...on paper. Benefits. That would be it.

Cons

Management awful. Only care about pushing the product out and not the people that actually make the product. 20 minute lunch. Feels like a prison, except you get to leave at the end of the day. If you went around and asked all hourly manufacturing employees, I’d bet my life savings 85% would tell you they are only there for that “good” money or because they are trapped because they cannot find another job at their age. VERY stingy about time off. plant. Only good thing about it is the pay....on paper until you get hit with those taxes. It looks very appealing starting at $15 an hour with an increase to $17 in the first year until you do the math and you’re barely making $12 an hour. Beware of the Morristown, Indiana plant. I worked here for 2.5 years because I was stuck due to financial issues. I haven’t been so relieved in quitting somewhere in my entire life. Take this as advice and save yourself.
