      None, none, none, none, none.

      Cons

      You’ll do the same thing all day, maybe get moved if you’re lucky but that’s once a year or so. HR doesn’t care so never have a problem here or pray you don’t have a problem. You’ll never feel like you matter, you’ll spend all day wishing you were anywhere but here. Anything would be better.

      The are very people oriented and care for employees most of the time.

      Cons

      There is not much room for vertical movement. They will occasionally lay off handfuls of employees with no warning.
