A lot of politics on getting new roles. Inexperienced employees in leadership positions.

They will properly compensate you for your experience. The 401k is really good. Some salary employees in finance are paid overtime.

Cons

Middle management does know how to effectively communicate. Training could be better. High turnover in my specific department. FNST in Plymouth, MI is NOT diverse.
