Pros

Freudenberg took over a bankrupt company "Elcomax" at Munich last year, where i worked. Very nice place to learn lab establishment. Search new project partners, collaborate with universities.

Cons

R & D labs are in worse condition. The team is also very fresh and new, not much experienced people are working there. I did not find good and challenging project there. If you are able to speak fluent German, then good place to work. No international work environment.

They pay all the amount as they mentioned as CTC. Production plant and office at same place. OT facility is there.

Cons

No career growth Very less salary Culture is not good Only order related work is there , no development projects. Canteen is worst. Too much politics 10 hrs are official working hour.
