Pros

Great place to work if you like to wear lots of hats Lots to learn, if you can take the heat in the kitchen Good niche market for some areas of the business

Cons

Arrogant management - 'one size fits all' mentality will not win your customers back Management by threats and fear is prevalent Loyal customers will not hang on much longer Invest in highly qualified people - knowledge is not free

Pros

Overall, a company that means well. Started as a small business with good core values, and has tried to maintain those as it grows. Lots of long-time (20+ years) employees, a stable company, and a market leader with rapid growth. Good with providing training and lots of opportunities for internal promotions.

Cons

Compensation not on par with industry averages, and a few "roadblocks" in middle management. Some managers are better than others, but some fail to recognize or work to retain and/or reward talent.
