Cons

Several talented team members have left the organization, citing concerns that their expertise was undervalued. There appears to be a preference for less experienced personnel who are less likely to challenge decisions, which may hinder innovation and critical thinking within the team.

Pros

The overall environment is relatively relaxed within the offices and not a ton of micro-managing.

Cons

Company does not give many opportunities to advance and likes to underpay (especially for young women or anyone that is a recent college graduate). Also onboarding training system is not well organized or maintained and does not lead to employees feeling comfortable in their roles once training is complete.
