Pros

They speak very friendly. But are not very open about the policies or how they are going to pay the employee.

Cons

They conducted a set of training sessions. But abruptly ended the calls without any notice and never got back on why never did. In spite of repeatedly trying to reach out to them.

All the Policies of Our Company will be informed to the employees before joining and will take the acknowledgement of understanding from the employees. We have dedicated training team who give the updates and all our employees have the numbers of training team. Information about the training schedule has been provided to all the group members who are in the training.

Pros

They are always top in their Marketing which is their key strength of having good Managers who has strong ties with major vendors under tier 1. So if we are really good in technical and coding interviews will be arranged straight off you hit the job market.

Cons

I never faced any issues and in fact happy with the perks like Health & Life Insurance covered for all employees like me.
