Pros

Good pay, free tools, great learning opportunity

Cons

Poor management, you get blamed for everything even if it's you doing your job. Management will make you feel like your job is being threatened based off rumors instead of facts. The whole place is basically duct taped and glued together yet expected to operate like new

Pros

Good pay. Overtime if you want it. Benifits. Always giving you cases of chips and a bunch of other free stuff. They feed you lunch a lot.

Cons

Over work you. Expect to much from you. Communication is horrible. Turnover rate is high.
