Pretty much everything that isn't office space and people (on a personal level). The worst of it is how they choose to staff IT. There are way too many people brought over from the clinical side to take on IT and informatics jobs. These people tend to not think logically, lack forethought and lack an eye for building out scalable, efficient systems. That's not to say that some of these clinical people don't have this ability, they do, it's just most don't. Of those that do, they succeed in CI/IT roles in spite of their clinical backgrounds, not because of it.

CIO has cleaned house and hired leadership team who subscribe to her bullying, tyrannical, micro-management style of leadership. Saw 2 employees crying in the restrooms last week after being a meeting with CIO. Has become fear-based, blaming culture. In all IT meetings gives insincere praise. Privately criticizes individuals and teams with demeaning unprofessional language. Everyone is walking on eggshells around CIO and CTO. Fear-based environment, very management top-heavy,does not value or even allow employees to be part of the solution.
