Pros

I was a bit worried when I first started my role since I did not have much experience. I can see why some people did not enjoy the experience since they are very fast paced, growth orientated, and have a high standard. Thankfully for me that is a bonus! They helped me to learn sales and management skills that will help me for the rest of my career. Even though they demanded a lot I have always felt supported by the team, and have grown so much in just a short amount of time!

Cons

Not for everyone- if you don't like being a fast paced environment with a demand for you to grow quickly, or if you get easily overwhelmed, this isn't the place for you!

Pros

Been with the firm for years! Developed skills from sales, leadership, recruiting, and even grew from an entry level role into one of their project management positions! I have nothing bad to say about the company who has been supporting me and my family for so many years. The management team really cares and the employees of the company create such a fun culture!

Cons

The cons don't exist within the firm, but the negative stigma all sales and marketing industry gets. Ive been working in sales for over 10 years and honestly the amount of times myself and my peers get called nasty names by uneducated people outside of the industry is horrendous. I get it nobody likes sales people, but let's be honest, without the sales department in any company how else would anyone get paid if we didn't generate the revenue?

Pros

The opportunity offered at front page has changed my life, I have gained so much personal and professional development, which I believe I couldn’t have achieved in the next 10 years of my life. It’s opened my eyes to so much and with more exposur, the bigger my goals have grown. The person I am today versus the person I was when I first started is a big difference. Not only am I more confident in myself, but I’ve also had the pleasure of teaching others, paying it forward, and also learned financial literacy such as how to save for my next big purchase ( I paid my car off in full and am in the market for a new one!). It’s been a rewarding experience and I wouldn’t be with the company this long if that wasn’t the case. Let me set the record straight: - my pay has never been capped, I’ve actually made more here than I ever had in any other position - I’ve never been held back from any promotions - anytime I have questions or need help from senior management, I’ve never been turned down or dismissed - whenever I've had a bad day, I’ve always had the team to support - I’ve helped out hundreds of customers myself - I’ve gotten to know our clients on multiple occasions, multiple platforms - there has been no discrimination in the workspace whatsoever - everyone has a voice and an opportunity

Cons

It is different than the stereotypical corporate workplace where people expect to sit in a grey cubicle all day working for the metaphorical man, treated as a number. Sales was very new to me, but I was trained thoroughly on how to communicate effectively in a business setting. I believe FPA is revolutionizing the work place and pioneering a new idea isn’t for everyone, it’s unfortunate to see people so quick to judge just because something is different. Yet that is the exact thing that causes so much divide in our country :/
