Pros

I am new to the country and this was my first job. EVERYONE there was extremely recepetive with me. They were all eager to help, provide support and go out of their way to help me. They're always eager to teach new people, which is also interesting because new people there are always treated as priority, teach them the systems and provide whatever they need to succeed and grow within the company. The CEO is extremely insightful and also always eager to help. It's a company with an open door policy and no seniority, which is very nice to have, as you don't have to fight your way through a hierarchy to be able to talk to someone.

Cons

You might find it difficult to manage your work-life balance, as in the beginning it will take a lot of your day time and by the end of the day you'll be very tired, however, its very fulfilling. For me, the commute was also very expensive (I dont have a car yet, thats why), so its also something that I considered a con, but if you have a car or live near the office, you wont have a problem.

Thank you for such a thoughtful review and for sharing your perspective as someone new to both the country and the company. We’re proud that our culture of support, open-door leadership, and “no seniority” approach helped you feel welcomed and set up for success right away. It’s great to hear how much value you found in the training and the willingness of the team to prioritize new people. We also appreciate your honesty about the demands of the role and the challenges of commute and work-life balance at the start. Our environment is designed to be fast-paced and growth-driven, which can be tiring, but as you noted, also very rewarding. Thank you again for your feedback—we’re excited to see how you continue to grow.

Pros

Cool people that's really it

Cons

Is 100% an mlm, they make you sign a bunch of contracts to get away with paying you as little as possible, don't tell you the full description of job in the interview.

Pros

Some (and I reiterate some, not all) of the other people who work there are genuinely good, hardworking individuals. Sadly though, they have fallen for the brainwashing and don’t realize that their value and hard work would be appreciated and more fairly rewarded elsewhere.

Cons

Far too many to list individually. Suffice it to say how we, that had at least 2 people not directly lied in answering my very pointed questions during the interview process, I would never have even pursued the position and wanted my time. In a nutshell, abhorrent pay, no benefits (ever), attempts to prey upon the naive and brainwash. If you want to spend your time for 6-8 hours Mon-Sat stopping/bothering shoppers at the grocery store/Walmart with some ridiculous memorized script and attempt to badger them to purchase a Spectrum subscription or cell phone (those are the marketing “events they speak of but will never describe, no matter how many times you ask for examples during the interview), then this is the job for you! Otherwise, run the other direction…
