Pros
My immediate team was full of excellent, hard working people. The product line(s) had great promise. The technology was good.
Cons
Horrible company culture. Short term view, they had zero vision on how to develop a good reputation. Did not care about employee or customer satisfaction. No integrity towards how they treated customers in Sales, Support, or PSO.
