      Pros

      Frontastic is a really great place to work. It's one of the few places where I've worked where everyone truly lives the company values, and the Leadership team strive to be roles models in doing this. There's an amazing company culture, where everyone is free to be themselves and where everyone is trusted and valued. The team is awesome and we really have fun together, even though we're 100% remote. Plus, you can work around your life.

      Cons

      As with all remote roles, it can get a bit lonely. But, the team is amazing and are always available just to have a chat when it starts to feel that way.

      Pros

      * Remote working and mostly asynchronous communication (no days of full meetings) * VC-Backed with an emerging product, it's really quite an exciting time to be involved in Frontastic * A dedicated people team to work on delivering a great people experience - in my experience that's not a common occurrence in other small companies * I get to work with great people from all over the world

      Cons

      * As expected in an early stage start-up there's a lot to do, it's fast-paced and there's lots of challenging work (it's not for everyone) * It can sometimes be hard to build relationships in a remote environment

      * VC-backed software start-up with high potential, good growth, proven solution and lots of potential to help shape and develop the future of this company. * Highly talented group of employees with strong entrepreneurial spirit and drive to build and improve every day. * Value-driven culture that is taken very seriously and lived by every day * Flexibility and speed of a truly fully remote company

      Cons

      Having a coffee chat with your colleagues doesn't happen by accident, you have to make time and a conscious effort to bond.
